By playing Super Sean 007: Legend of the Seven Gems (“the Game”) at supersean007.com, you agree to these terms. The Game is provided by Fire Dragon Interactive (“we”, “us”). Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.

1. Free browser game

The Game is free to play. Third-party advertising is optional and remains disabled until you enable it through the site’s privacy controls. Rejecting advertising does not prevent normal play. We may improve, rebalance, pause or discontinue features, but will take reasonable care when changes affect stored progress.

2. Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, attack the Cloudflare APIs, impersonate another player, send harmful content through Party Link, access cloud saves without permission, evade technical limits, introduce malware, perform destructive testing or use the Game unlawfully. Responsible security research must follow the Security Policy.

3. Party Link

Party Link uses a short code and WebRTC. Share codes only with people you trust. Connections may fail on some networks, especially when a relay is unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted multiplayer availability. The host controls the shared world and host progress is the authoritative session save.

4. Local and cloud saves

Local progress depends on browser storage. Optional Cloud Sync uses an anonymous sync ID that functions like a password. Keep backups and do not publish the ID. Settings provides backup, restore, overwrite, rotation and deletion controls. We cannot guarantee recovery after a lost ID, cleared browser, corrupted device, expired cloud record or service interruption.

5. Advertising and optional rewards

Advertising providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Adsterra requests are made only after advertising has been enabled in Privacy choices. Ad-funded optional rewards are available only when advertising is enabled and an eligible advertisement actually loads and completes. Rejecting, blocking or unavailable advertising does not prevent normal play.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, characters, names, world, artwork, animation, audio, dialogue, branding, documentation and proprietary code are owned by Fire Dragon Interactive or used with permission. Public visibility of repository files or browser-delivered assets does not grant a licence to copy, redistribute, host, sell, train models on or create derivative commercial works. Separate third-party dependency licences remain applicable to those dependencies.

7. Player-created layouts and screenshots

You may share screenshots and recordings of normal gameplay and your homestead for personal, editorial and promotional discussion, provided you do not claim ownership of the underlying Game assets or use them to distribute a competing copy of the Game.

8. No warranty

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every browser, device, network, ad provider, cloud save or peer connection will operate without interruption or error.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost progress, lost sync IDs, unavailable ads, failed peer connections or device/browser problems. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when the Game or legal requirements change. The current date is shown above. Continued use after a material update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
